Bent Creek Country Club in Lititz, Pennsylvania seeks an Events Manager to plan, promote, and execute internal Club events and member programming. You will coordinate with the Food & Beverage team, Executive Chef, and other departments to deliver engaging experiences for members.

The role emphasizes strong project management, promotional material creation, and on-site leadership, with schedule flexibility across evenings and weekends to match Club events.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in event planning, hospitality, or private club operations.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and ability to manage multiple events.
• Experience creating promotional materials and digital communications.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with design/email platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination, and on-site execution of internal Club events and member programming.
• Develop concepts, themes, and experiences with department leaders; create BEOs.
• Coordinate menus with the Executive Chef and manage event logistics and staffing.
• Promote events, manage registrations, and maintain club website event info.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure timely communication and seamless service.
