You will schedule catering, arrange room setup, coordinate decorations and technology, and ensure staff coverage for each event while maintaining a friendly, customer-focused environment. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; sanitation and food safety coursework encouraged.
• Over one year of similar or related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly customer service by greeting customers with a smile.
• Schedule, plan, organize, and order catering for all events.
• Set up, decorate, coordinate technology, and clean up all catered events.
• Ensure the proper amount of staff is in place to handle customer needs for all events.
• Handle confidential information including gross percentage and sales data and employee wages with discretion.
• Adhere to Hy-Vee policies and store guidelines.
