You will support event logistics, vendor coordination, and calendar planning while reporting to the Assistant Vice President of Special Events. College students in Event Management or Hospitality Management are preferred; a professional, team-oriented approach is essential.

Qualifications

• College student majoring in Event Management or Hospitality Management.

Responsibilities

• Assists in planning, logistics, coordinating, and implementing various company-wide events in accordance with financial and time restraints.
• Research vendors and venues.
• Coordinate and compile information for various company awards.
• Assists in scheduling, planning and implementing the corporate calendar of events.
• Ensures meeting and event spaces are set up and broken down in a timely manner.
• Performs other job-related duties and special projects as needed
