Qualifications

• 2–5 years of catering coordinator experience in a similar setting.
• Bachelor's degree in hospitality, culinary arts or business is advantageous.
• Experience with catering management systems such as Jonas or Amadeus is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Responds to Member inquiries about events under 30 people by phone, email, or in person.
• Handles all pool party, pickleball and tennis event requests.
• Executes Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and prepares event proposals.
• Manages daily and weekly event packets and distributes to department heads.
• Conducts room walk-throughs to ensure setup matches BEOs.
• Assists with event setup and on-site execution and client relationships.
• Liaises with vendors, staff, chefs, and catering equipment providers.
• Tracks catering expenses and maintains accurate records.
• Maintains confidentiality of member activities and club operations.
• Willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
