Job summary

BGCTX Leaders seeks a proven leader to direct daily operations of a club site, focusing on youth development, program delivery, staff training, facilities management, and member services.

You will supervise staff and volunteers, develop strategic plans, manage budgets, build community partnerships, and ensure a safe, engaging environment for youth to thrive. CPR/First Aid certification within six months is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or combination of education and experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Boys & Girls Clubs or non-profit organizations is desirable.
• CPR and First Aid certification within six months of employment is required or obtainable.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations of the designated club site, ensuring program delivery and youth safety.
• Lead planning, development, implementation and evaluation of unit programs and activities.
• Oversee facilities management, equipment, and budget to meet objectives and standards.
• Develop partnerships with parents, schools, and community groups to enhance service delivery.
• Recruit, supervise and develop staff and volunteers; ensure compliance with organizational policies.
