Job summary

Mid Pacific Country Club seeks a friendly server to provide attentive food and beverage service to members and guests, upholding MPCC standards and delivering welcoming, timely experiences.

You will greet guests, take orders, serve courses, clear tables, and assist with setup for events while maintaining cleanliness and safety. The role requires English fluency, basic math, accurate POS usage, and weekend/holiday availability.

Qualifications

• Reading, writing, and speaking fluently in English.
• Must be able to perform addition, subtraction, and multiplication.
• Must have good eye and hand coordination; follow written or oral instructions.
• Must have a High School diploma or GED.
• Must have a YELLOW card issued from the Honolulu Liquor Commission.
• TB clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Meets, greets, seats and thanks upon departure Club members and guests.
• Completes all opening, ongoing and closing duties to Club standards.
• Clears and resets tables.
• Takes dining reservations and logs them accurately.
• Takes orders and serves food and beverages according to MPCC’s standards.
• Operates the POS system with accuracy and efficiency.
• Handles all cash and credit card transactions with accuracy.
• Keeps abreast of Club promotions and events to communicate to members and guests.
• Demonstrates teamwork by assisting other servers and maintaining service flow.
• Maintains a positive attitude and follows safety and hygiene guidelines.
