Invited Clubs in Arlington Heights, IL seeks a Server 1 to deliver exceptional food and beverage service to members and guests, reflecting Invited’s standards. You will collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless dining experience and high member satisfaction.

The role emphasizes welcoming guests by name, knowing the menu, handling requests, and following safety and cleanliness guidelines. Prior F&B experience and state certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in Food and Beverage service.
• Current Food Handler and Alcohol Server Certifications as required by state and city regulations.
• Completion of Invited’s F&B Service Training program.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to speak clearly and effectively.
• Ability to follow instructions and communicate well with team members.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional food and beverage service to members and guests.
• Greet members by name and provide a warm welcome.
• Maintain knowledge of the menu and daily features.
• Handle member/guest complaints with service recovery.
• Complete daily assignments and keep areas clean and stocked.
• Follow club safety and cleanliness standards.
