• Supervise and train dining room staff and manage within budgetary restraints.
• Develop and implement programs to increase revenues through repeat business and higher check averages.
• Direct pre-meal meetings and coordinate with kitchen staff and menu changes.
• Maintain reservations system and guest check handling; ensure safety and compliance with alcohol service laws.
