You will learn our menu and wine list, greet guests, take orders, coordinate with the kitchen, handle checks, keep the dining room tidy, and help create memorable experiences while following club policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service and ability to build connections with members
• Knowledge of menu, buffet offerings, and wine list
• Ability to multitask and time service effectively
• Strong wine and spirits knowledge
• Familiarity with safety procedures during emergencies

Responsibilities

• Set up and prep before shift
• Greet and attend to guests immediately
• Present menus and answer questions with grace
• Maintain water glasses and suggest menu items
• Relay special cooking instructions to kitchen
• Assemble and serve courses
• Check back with guests and replenish as needed
• Present desserts and upsell treats
• Verify bills, taxes, tips, and charges; present final bill
• Tidy dining area and station
• Escalate concerns to supervisor
• Complete closing duties
• Attend pre-meal meetings
• Thank guests and invite return
• Follow laws and club policies for serving alcohol
