Responsibilities include welcoming members, managing inquiries, guiding tours, and promoting memberships while maintaining privacy and a welcoming

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, customer service, fitness, or wellness.
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• Polished, welcoming presence and dependable work habits.
• Comfort conducting tours and discussing memberships.
• Ability to learn scheduling and payment systems.

Responsibilities

• Welcome members, guests, and prospective members with warmth and professionalism.
• Manage check-in, calls, emails, scheduling, and club questions.
• Build relationships by learning member names and wellness interests.
• Explain memberships, classes, services, and policies clearly.
• Address concerns and communicate issues to leadership.
• Protect member privacy and maintain professional boundaries.
• Lead or support classes and wellness services within scope of practice.
• Maintain attendance or appointment records and daily operational checklists.
• Coordinate concierge coverage before classes or appointments.
• Maintain clean, organized spaces and assist with towel service and supplies.
