Job summary

Acushnet Company seeks a Fitting Specialist to support the Long Island, NY region, delivering top-tier club fitting experiences at events and activations. You will leverage TrackMan and Titleist knowledge to guide golfers toward optimal equipment and performance.

You will manage event logistics, travel between venues, and build lasting relationships with players while representing the Titleist brand professionally and enthusiastically. The role is contractor-based through a staffing partner.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of club fitting experience with a passion for golf performance and equipment technology.
• Exceptional customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong Titleist or golf equipment product knowledge with confident presentation abilities.
• Experience using fitting technology, including TrackMan and mobile applications.
• Highly reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Reliable transportation capable of carrying fitting and display equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs multiple times per day.
• Comfortable standing and working outdoors for 5-8 hours per day in varying weather conditions.
• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Required: Valid Driver's License and Social Security Card

What You Will Be Doing

Titleist is seeking a dynamic, personable, and highly motivated Fitting Specialist to join our elite fitting team, supporting the Long Island, NY territory. In this role, you will deliver exceptional club fitting experiences at consumer events, tournaments, and Titleist fitting activations, helping golfers find the equipment that maximizes their performance. As a trusted Titleist brand ambassador, you will leverage industry-leading fitting technology and product expertise to provide personalized recommendations, coordinate event logistics, and build lasting relationships with golfers. This role supports approximately 100-125 events per season, primarily Tuesday through Saturday, and plays a key part in shaping the performance and loyalty of golfers across the region.
