Job summary

Acushnet Company is seeking a dynamic Fitting Specialist to join our elite fitting team for the Southern Baltimore/North DC territory. You will deliver exceptional fitting experiences at events, tournaments, and Titleist activations, using TrackMan and product knowledge to recommend equipment that enhances performance.

The role requires 2+ years of fitting experience, strong customer service, and the ability to work outdoors at 5-8 hour shifts.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of club fitting experience with a passion for golf performance and equipment technology.
• Exceptional customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong Titleist or golf equipment product knowledge with confident presentation abilities.
• Experience using fitting technology, including TrackMan and mobile applications.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional club fitting experiences at consumer events, tournaments, and Titleist fittings.
• Support ~80–100 events per season, coordinating event logistics and team support.
• Build lasting relationships with golfers and consumers across the territory.

What You Will Be Doing

Titleist is seeking a dynamic, personable, and highly motivated Fitting Specialist to join our elite fitting team, supporting the Southern Baltimore/North DC territory. In this role, you will deliver exceptional club fitting experiences at consumer events, tournaments, and Titleist fitting activations, helping golfers find the equipment that maximizes their performance. As a trusted Titleist brand ambassador, you will leverage industry-leading fitting technology and product expertise to provide personalized recommendations, coordinate event logistics, and build lasting relationships with golfers. This role supports approximately 80-100 events per season, primarily Tuesday through Saturday, and plays a key part in shaping the performance and loyalty of golfers across the region.

What You Bring

• 2+ years of club fitting experience with a passion for golf performance and equipment technology
• Exceptional customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Strong Titleist or golf equipment product knowledge with confident presentation abilities
• Experience using fitting technology, including TrackMan and mobile applications
• Highly reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
• Reliable transportation capable of carrying fitting and display equipment
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs multiple times per day
• Comfortable standing and working outdoors for 5-8 hours per day in varying weather conditions
• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
