Job summary

Ansley Golf Club in Atlanta is seeking a Bartender/Server for a year‑round, part‑time role. This is an hourly position with training pay of $16/hr, server rate $18/hr, and bartender $19/hr.

You will bartend, serve, and deliver food and beverages to Members and guests, upholding club etiquette and high service standards. Greet Members, input orders into the POS, present checks, and manage table resets and stocking during shifts.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Good communication skills with strong organizational ability.
• Must be able to work at a fast pace on occasion.
• Must be able to handle glasses and glassware.
• Restaurant experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greets Members in a warm and friendly manner within 1 minute of arrival.
• Takes Food and Beverage orders and inputs to POS system.
• Delivers food, refills beverages, and checks on dining members frequently.
• Presents checks for signature and processes settlements.
• Maintains the highest standard of cleanliness and neatness in front of the house dining areas.
• Resets tables and stocks supplies for shift.
• Assists co-workers with Member service in a section-less environment.
• Memorizes daily Food and Beverage specials and club offerings.
