Job summary

Invited is seeking a Bartender to maintain beverage control, ensure accurate pouring, and serve products while keeping the bar area clean. You will provide exceptional service that aligns with the club’s standards and meets member expectations.

You will consistently uphold the 3-steps of service, greet members, and accurately record orders while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Prior F&B experience and knowledge of wines and cocktails are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certification in alcohol and food safety.
• Previous experience in Food & Beverages service.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to maintain beverage control and service standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high standards of service at the bar.
• Assist with service of food and beverages to members and guests.
• Know members’ names and provide a warm, personalized experience.
• Accurately execute orders and requests in a timely manner.
• Address and resolve complaints professionally, with management notification.
• Prepare the bar area for service and keep it stocked and organized.
