Job summary

Invited is seeking a friendly Bartender to deliver exceptional beverage service at our private clubs. You will pour, garnish, and present drinks, maintain cleanliness, and uphold the club's service standards to delight members and guests.

Responsibilities include accurate orders, stock checks, guest recognition, and assisting with bar setup and side duties. A high school diploma, alcohol safety certification, and prior F&B experience are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Certification in alcohol and food safety awareness.
• Experience in Food & Beverage service preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with guests and team members.
• Ability to work in indoor and outdoor environments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high standards of service at the bar.
• Assist with service of beverages and food to members and guests.
• Know members’ names and provide a personalized experience.
• Accurately take and fulfill orders in a timely manner.
• Maintain bar cleanliness and organized work area.
• Address and resolve complaints professionally and escalate when needed.
• Prepare bar for service and restock supplies.
• Support team with additional duties as assigned.
