Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a bartender in a similar environment.
• Knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, drink recipes, and proper mixing techniques.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
• Take orders for food and beverages and serve using proper etiquette.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes.
• Maintain bar stock, inventory, and cleanliness of bar area.
• Set up and restock bar at shift start/end; assist with events.
• Balance sales and cash at shift start/end; report daily sales.
