Job summary

Homewood Mountain Resort in Lake Tahoe, CA seeks a Club Bartender for Lake Club to join the Food & Beverage team. You will craft cocktails, pour wines and beers, and ensure guest experiences are welcoming, efficient, and memorable in a fast-paced setting.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of bartending experience in a premium environment, strong cocktail knowledge, and excellent communication skills. Must be 21+ and able to work flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of bartending in a full-service environment.
• Solid knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer.
• Ability to work quickly with accuracy in a high-volume setting.
• Excellent communication and ability to work in a team.
• Must be 21+ and able to obtain required state certifications.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, take and fulfill beverage orders promptly.
• Prepare cocktails, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic drinks per recipes.
• Maintain bar inventory, glassware, and garnishes in good order.
• Process payments via POS and manage tabs and checks.
• Ensure guest safety, responsible alcohol service, and ID checks.
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff for smooth service.
