Homewood Mountain & Lake Club, located on the West Shore of Lake Tahoe in Homewood, California, seeks a Bartender to join the Food & Beverage Department. The Bartender will prepare and serve a variety of beverages, create a welcoming atmosphere, and ensure an exceptional guest experience in a lively environment.

The role requires mixology passion, strong communication, and the ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of bartending experience in a fast-paced setting.
• Advanced knowledge of bar operations, drink ingredients, and guest service standards.
• Ability to work in a high-volume environment with attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Mix and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks according to recipes and guest preferences.
• Greet guests, take orders, and provide attentive service throughout their visit.
• Maintain bar menu knowledge and make recommendations based on guest preferences.
• Process payments and balance cash drawer at shift end.
• Keep bar area clean, organized, and well-stocked; communicate needs to Bar Manager.
• Adhere to alcohol service laws, check IDs, and refuse service as needed.
• Assist with events and promotions as required.
