Job Summary

Summary: Receive all liquor, beer, and wine from storeroom daily and as needed. Replenish supplies throughout the shift.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Retrieve food and beverage items from kitchen and storerooms and deliver to the bar.
• Set up bottles on the bar, including 'top shelf' liquor on the back shelf.
• Ensure beer taps are functioning properly.
• Stock bar snacks, napkins, and supplies.
• Assist in opening and closing duties.
• Bus tables and maintain cleanliness of bar and lounge areas.
• Prepare and serve beverages as needed to assist the bartender.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
