Job Summary

Receives liquor, beer, and wine from the storeroom daily and as needed. Replenishes bar supplies throughout the shift.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Retrieve food items from the kitchen and deliver to the bar.
2. Retrieve beverage items and garnishes from storerooms and deliver to the bar.
3. Set up bottles on the bar, with top-shelf liquor on the back shelf.
4. Ensure beer taps are functioning properly.
5. Stock bar snacks, napkins, and supplies throughout the shift.
6. Assist in opening and closing side work.
7. Bus tables in the bar area.
8. Maintain cleanliness of the bar and lounge areas, including washing tables, walls, refrigerators, and floors; sweep and mop service areas.
9. Remove rubbish from all receptacles.
10. Prepare and serve beverages as needed to assist the bartender.
11. Perform other duties as assigned.
