Job Summary

Summary: Receives all liquor, beer, and wine from the storeroom daily and as needed. Replenishes all beverages throughout the shift.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Retrieves food items from kitchen and delivers to the bar.
2. Retrieves beverage items and garnishes from storerooms and delivers to the bar.
3. Sets up bottles on the bar, placing 'top shelf' liquor on the back shelf.
4. Ensures beer taps are working properly.
5. Prepares and stocks bar snacks, supplies such as napkins, throughout the shift.
6. Assists in opening and closing side work as assigned.
7. Buses tables in the bar area.
8. Maintains cleanliness of the bar and lounge areas, including washing tables, walls, refrigerators, floors, and sweeping/mopping.
9. Ensures rubbish is removed from all receptacles.
10. Prepares and serves beverages as needed to assist the bartender.
11. Performs other duties as assigned.
