The Wisconsin Counties Association is expanding our Children’s Long-Term Support (CLTS) team for 2027 and is adding two new positions. Under the general direction of the CLTS/Birth to 3 Supervisor, you will assess and determine both financial and functional initial and ongoing program eligibility, and you will coordinate supports and services to help the child maximize their independence.
