Responsibilities

• Performs all laboratory services with accountability in phlebotomy, testing, specimen and result storage and retrieval, quality control, quality assurance, proficiency testing, instrument maintenance, troubleshooting, and R&D of new instruments and tests.

Job Duties: Performs all laboratory services with specific accountabilities in the following functions: phlebotomy, testing, specimen and result storage and retrieval, quality control, quality assurance, proficiency testing, instrument maintenance, troubleshooting, and research and development of new instruments and tests. Participates in weekend, evening and holiday rotation.

Qualifications: Associates of Science Degree in Clinical Laboratory Science - Medical Laboratory Technology or Bachelors Degree in Clinical Laboratory Science - Medical Technology or equivalent and has successfully completed and passed the Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) or Medical Technologist (MT) Boards. ASCP (or equivalent) or eligible. 1 year experience preferred.

Shift Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Thursday, 8pm-6am
