Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in IT architecture, software engineering, or infrastructure engineering.
• 2+ years operating as an Enterprise Architect in a large-scale enterprise.
• Proven experience driving cloud transformation across Azure and AWS.
• Experience in regulated industries (Insurance/Financial Services preferred).

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve enterprise architecture frameworks, standards, and reference architectures for Cloud, Data, Security, and Integration.
• Lead Architecture Review Board and governance to enforce guardrails across initiatives.
• Develop multi-year cloud transformation and modernization roadmaps aligned to business strategy.
• Actively design and review cloud-native solution architectures and lift‑and‑shift efforts.
• Provide hands-on guidance on performance, scalability, and resiliency patterns.
• Drive adoption of cloud-native services and reusable platform capabilities.
• Lead vendor evaluations and influence long-term platform sustainability.
• Ensure architecture aligns with regulatory requirements and risk management.
