Amazon is seeking a Sourcing Recruiter for the Dedicated Cloud Region Services Recruiting team. You will identify and attract top technical talent, building robust pipelines for cloud computing and infrastructure roles while partnering with hiring managers to align technical requirements with team culture.

The ideal candidate has strong technical recruiting experience, excellent communication, and data-driven decision making, plus familiarity with modern sourcing platforms and cloud technologies.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical recruiting in high volume environments.
• Experience managing multiple searches, projects, and client relationships.
• Experience creating, measuring, and scaling workflows among candidates, hiring managers and recruiting team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates for cloud computing, software development, and infrastructure roles.
• Utilize sourcing channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other technical platforms.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and team culture.
• Screen and evaluate candidates' qualifications against role requirements.
• Track sourcing metrics and provide regular reporting on pipeline health.
• Maintain ATS data accuracy.
• Represent Amazon at recruiting events and tech conferences.
