Collaborate with hiring managers, build pipelines, screen candidates, and report on pipeline health. Strong analytical skills, data-driven decisions, and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical recruiting in high volume and high hiring bar environment.
• Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships.
• Experience creating, measuring and scaling workflow among candidates, hiring managers and the recruiting team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates for cloud computing, software development, and infrastructure roles
• Utilize various sourcing channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other technical platforms
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future positions
• Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and team culture
• Screen and evaluate candidates' qualifications against role requirements
• Track sourcing metrics and provide regular reporting on pipeline health
• Maintain ATS (Applicant Tracking System) data accuracy
• Represent Amazon at recruiting events and tech conferences
