Qualifications

• Minimum education and years of systems engineering experience as stated.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze requirements and architectures to produce system specs.
• Experience leading design, integration, and feasibility studies.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes requirements, concept documents, and high-level architectures to develop system requirements specifications.
• Analyzes system requirements and leads design and development activities.
• Guides users in formulating requirements and conducts feasibility studies.
• Provides technical leadership for integration of requirements, design, and technology.
• Incorporates new plans, designs and systems into ongoing operations.
• Develops system architecture and design documentation.
• Guides planning for system development and test plans.
• Interacts with Government on SE considerations and issues.
