Job summary

The University of Delaware seeks a lead systems specialist in Enterprise Systems and Cloud Services to oversee the PeopleSoft Financial system and related modules. You will guide the software development lifecycle, coordinate upgrades, and ensure IT-MIS standards are met across planning, design, development, testing, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of software development life cycle methodologies for PeopleSoft Financial systems.
• Provide primary support for multiple PeopleSoft modules including planning, requirements analysis, design, development, integration, testing, implementation, maintenance and documentation.
• Coordinate upgrades, data conversion, system and database audits, and performance testing to meet university requirements.
• Maintain, test, and update PeopleSoft ERP systems; optimize batch programs and online pages with SQL tuning and indexing.
• Provide on-call production support and work with users to determine needs and problem resolutions.
