Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking cross-platform systems developers to build and automate the WorkSpaces fleet.

You will help expand the fleet to new regions, reduce development friction, and collaborate with a team of Systems Developers to shape the next generation of cloud desktop services. You will work with Python, Lambda, DynamoDB, CloudFormation, PowerShell and other AWS tools to deliver scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 1+ years of designing or architecting (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
• 7+ years of administrative experience in networking, storage systems, operating systems and hands-on systems engineering experience
• Knowledge of systems engineering fundamentals (networking, storage, operating systems)
• Experience programming with at least one modern language such as C++, C#, Java, Python, Golang, PowerShell, Ruby
• Experience debugging and systems analysis to identify and quickly resolve or mitigate issues
• 5+ years of provisioning, migrating, and managing end user computing and related services experience
