Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a highly skilled engineer to help grow our compute services for government customers. This role requires deep expertise in development, operations, networking, and systems engineering within a fast-paced, scalable environment.

The candidate must hold an active Top Secret/SCI clearance or be eligible, with polygraph where required, and be willing to obtain ongoing clearance as needed for government work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or CSSLP (Certified Secure Software Lifecycle Professional).
• 2+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
• 1+ years of designing or architecting scalable systems (design patterns, reliability and scaling).
• 4+ years of admin experience in networking, storage, operating systems and hands-on systems engineering.
• Experience programming with at least one modern language such as C++, C#, Java, Python, Golang, PowerShell, Ruby.
• Current, active US Government Security Clearance of Top Secret with SCI eligibility or above.
