Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or above, or Cloud+ or GICSP or GSEC or SSCP certification(s).
• 2+ years of systems administration experience (Linux and/or Networking).
• Experience debugging and systems analysis to identify and resolve issues.
• Experience troubleshooting across application, network and host layers.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve operational incidents to restore service.
• Improve service health by analyzing metrics and logs.
• Expand regional coverage for AWS S3 storage services.
• Build and deploy AWS services from hardware ordering to software deployment.
• Participate in on-call rotations and support government customers.
