Job summary

NCR Voyix in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer II to build, support, and scale cloud platforms powering our products and services. You will work with software engineers, cloud architects, and operations teams to ensure platforms stay secure, available, and scalable.

You will gain hands-on experience with cloud technologies, automation, observability tools, and modern infrastructure practices while contributing to mission-critical systems used by customers globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in computing.
• 1–3 years of Site Reliability Engineering, Cloud/DevOps, or related experience.
• Experience with public cloud platforms and container tech (Docker/Kubernetes) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support and scale cloud-based infrastructure and applications.
• Develop automation to reduce manual toil and improve reliability.
• Monitor health with observability tools and diagnose performance issues.
• Participate in on-call rotations and incident response.
• Contribute to IaC efforts using Terraform/CloudFormation/Pulumi.
• Collaborate with software teams to improve deployment readiness.
