Job summary

Artos AI in San Francisco seeks a Technical Solutions Engineer to bridge engineering and customer success. This deeply technical, customer-facing role makes you the primary technical contact for customers deploying Artos in cloud and BYOC contexts, helping install, configure, troubleshoot, and scale the platform.

You’ll own technical documentation—from deployment guides and architecture references to security and compliance responses—while debugging distributed systems and collaborating closely

Qualifications

• Strong software engineering fundamentals and production-debugging experience.
• Experience deploying cloud-native applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Ability to create technical documentation and communicate with both engineers and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ownership mindset and a drive to solve customer problems end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical contact for customers deploying Artos in cloud environments.
• Configure infrastructure, permissions, networking, authentication, and deployment requirements.
• Investigate and resolve issues during implementation and production usage.
• Document deployment guides, architecture references, and security/compliance documentation.
• Collaborate with engineering to reproduce issues and validate fixes.
