Job summary

CTAC seeks a Business Analyst / Content Specialist to support enterprise IT solutions in a cloud-based, secure environment. You will analyze business needs, translate into technical requirements, and ensure alignment with security standards and operational procedures.

You’ll gather, analyze, document, and validate requirements across initiatives in a fast-paced, compliance-driven setting, supporting project management, CI/CD, and governance activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, business, CS, or related field.
• 3–5 years of IT project or content management experience.
• SDLC experience with requirements gathering, design, testing, deployment, and change management.
• Ability to design workflows, process maps, and use cases.
• Strong technical writing and documentation skills.
• Experience supporting content publication workflows with accessibility and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, document, and validate business and technical requirements.
• Support CI/CD pipelines, release planning, and deployment activities.
• Coordinate testing across development, staging, and production environments.
• Ensure solutions meet security, performance, and compliance requirements.
• Publish content across internal and public systems and maintain onboarding artifacts.
