Job summary

DTCC is seeking a dynamic Business Analyst to support cloud product enablement initiatives, serving as a liaison between business stakeholders, cloud engineers, and product owners to drive delivery and adoption of cloud services.

Ideal candidate has strong understanding of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure), business process analysis, and enablement strategies. Role focuses on integration, adoption, and alignment with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of related experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Experience in cloud enablement, infrastructure delivery, or enterprise IT environments.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and cloud service lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with Agile techniques and tools – Scrum, Kanban, JIRA, and ServiceNow.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in a regulated financial services environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and document business and technical requirements for cloud enablement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Architecture teams to ensure alignment with enterprise standards.
• Backlog refinement with PO and squad to clarify product scope.
• Decompose technical designs into actionable workstreams including service decomposition and security patterns.
• Develop and refine the Cloud Enablement Operating Model including adoption planning and financial management.
• Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and align stakeholders.
• Create and maintain enablement documentation like workflows and service catalogs.
• Identify areas for improvement and optimization across cloud enablement.
• Ensure compliance with cloud security standards and collaborate with security teams.
