Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of business analysis and/or project coordination experience.
• Translate business domain knowledge to technical requirements.
• Familiarity with SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project and other tools.
• Proficiency in Draw.io and creating presentations; using AI tools.
• Experience with SQL, Excel and data analysis is a plus.
• Experience creating KPI/dashboarding tools for executive reporting.
