The successful candidate will lead the gathering, analysis, documentation, and validation of business and technical requirements across multiple concurrent initiatives in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment. This role will also support ongoing project management activities, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions leveraging modern cloud infrastructure, DevOps practices, and secure application architectures.

Key responsibilities include supporting system lifecycle activities such as requirements definition, solution design, testing coordination, deployment readiness, and change management. • Coordinating testing efforts across development, staging, and production environments
  • Collaborating with technical teams to support CI/CD pipelines, release planning, and deployment activities

  • Supporting audit, compliance, and reporting activities, including maintaining artifacts required for security assessments and operational reviews
  • Supporting the publication of content across both internal and public-facing systems, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and alignment with organizational standards

The candidate will regularly engage with internal and external stakeholders, both virtually and in person, and must be comfortable operating in a highly collaborative, mission-driven environment.
