Job summary

Regions Bank is seeking a Cloud Solutions Architect to oversee cloud solution architectures from conception to production, aligning with the cloud roadmap and security standards. You will partner with business and tech SMEs to translate requirements into scalable architectures and drive infrastructure as code adoption.

The role requires AWS/cloud-native expertise, strong governance, and collaboration with enterprise architecture to ensure compliance and resilient platform delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with 5+ years of enterprise architecture experience; or a high school diploma with 9+ years in the field.
• Experience with N-tier architectures and complex design architectures.
• Experience with Agile methods.
• Experience with technical, application, and information architecture delivery techniques and methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Manages end to end from conception through delivery into production of cloud solutions.
• Elicits and translates business requirements into technical solutions.
• Models cloud architectures for delivery, development and support.
• Collaborates with domain architects to provide scalable, adaptable solutions.
• Promotes reuse of services, components, and infrastructure as code to reduce costs.
• Ensures observable and secure by design cloud solutions; partners with cyber security.
