Job summary

RF-SMART is hiring an Engineering Manager for our Oracle Cloud platform in Jacksonville, FL, blending onsite and hybrid work. You will lead a 7–9 person software team, steer architectural decisions, and drive DevOps and SaaS best practices to deliver scalable WMS/ERP integrations.

You will mentor engineers, manage performance, and collaborate with product, DevOps, QA, and support teams to ensure customer-focused delivery and reliability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading & managing software engineering teams (onsite and remote).
• Experience delivering complex software projects on time and to spec.
• Proven ability to hire, develop, and retain technical talent across skill levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a 7–9 engineer team; recruit, onboard, and retain top talent.
• Guide architecture and technical strategy for cloud-native solutions.
