Job summary

Hanger, Inc. is seeking a Senior Systems Support Engineer - Oracle to join our logistics-automation team in a hybrid role. You will optimize Oracle WMS Cloud and Fusion across inventory, shipping, and warehouse modules, and integrate with third-party logistics systems.

The role focuses on configuration, testing, and collaboration with product and infrastructure teams to enhance the WMS platform and support continuous improvement in warehouse operations.

Qualifications

Extensive hands-on experience with Oracle WMS Cloud and Fusion.
Experience configuring and optimizing warehouse workflows.
Proven integration with shipping and logistics middleware.

Responsibilities

Configure, optimize, and troubleshoot Oracle WMS Cloud and Fusion modules.
Design and implement warehouse workflows (inbound, outbound, inventory).
Integrate WMS with third-party systems and middleware.
Collaborate on warehouse automation and cobot initiatives.
Maintain documentation and mentor teammates on WMS best practices.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and manage Jira work items.
