Job summary

Curastem in Bethesda seeks a Software Engineer to build robust systems, software, and cloud environments while providing operations for critical applications. You will contribute across the full software development lifecycle, from design to testing, in a DevOps framework.

Responsibilities include developing with Java, JavaScript, Python, SpringBoot, and Hibernate; implementing tests with JUnit and Katalon; and enabling automated deployments using GitHub, Jenkins, and scripting.

Qualifications

• Experience in Agile/Safe practices and DevOps environments.
• Proficiency with Java, JavaScript, Python, SpringBoot and Hibernate.
• Experience with automated testing and deployment tools.

Responsibilities

• Participates in software programming initiatives using Java, JavaScript, Python, SpringBoot, and Hibernate.
• Develops testing methods using JUnit and Katalon; supports automated deployments.
• Deploys solutions in Commercial Cloud Solutions using infrastructure platform services.
• Collaborates with Product Owners and Scrum Masters to align User Stories with customer use cases.
• Supports SAFe practices with GitHub, Jenkins, Unix Bash, JIRA and Confluence to track work.
