Job summary

Hoplite Solutions LLC is seeking a Software Engineer to support mission-facing systems, software, and cloud development in a DevOps environment. You will design, develop, test, and maintain customer tools across the full software lifecycle.

You will work with Java, SpringBoot, Python and Hibernate, and participate in automated validation and deployment using JUnit, Katalon, GitHub, Jenkins, and Jira/Confluence. Strong cloud experience across AWS, GCP and Azure is required.

Qualifications

• Extensive Agile practices and DevOps experience.
• Experience with Java, Spring, cloud platforms and SDLC.
• Proficient in testing with JUnit and Katalon; scripting in Python/Bash.

Responsibilities

• Participates in/directs software initiatives using Java, JavaScript, Python, SpringBoot, Hibernate.
• Develops validation/testing via JUnit and Katalon; leverages automated deployment tools.
• Deploys solutions in Commercial Cloud Platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
• Coordinates with Product Owners and Scrum Masters for User Story alignment.
• Supports Agile SDLC with DevOps tools like GitHub, Jenkins, Jira, Confluence.
• Analyzes performance and end-to-end tests; coordinates infrastructure needs.
• Applies best practices and SOPs to meet customer needs.
