Job summary

Accenture Federal Services is seeking a Cloud Services Engineer to design, implement, and manage cloud solutions supporting mission systems. The role emphasizes reliable, secure cloud services, scalable architectures, and cost-aware optimization to meet DoD and federal requirements.

You will automate deployments, monitor performance, and integrate AI/ML capabilities where appropriate, ensuring secure, compliant cloud environments across multiple domains.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience implementing and managing cloud services or cloud-based systems.
• 2 years of hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation, Python, Bash, PowerShell).
• Experience implementing or supporting cloud networking and security controls (e.g., IAM, network security, encryption).
• DOD 8140 compliance (e.g. Security+, CISSP, CASP, etc.).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field, or 4 years of relevant job or military experience in lieu of degree.
