Qualifications

• 7+ years in enterprise or B2B integration.
• 3+ years leading technical teams or delivery functions.
• Hands-on with EDI, APIs, and file-based integrations.
• Experience with Azure integration services (Logic Apps, Data Factory).
• Strong client-facing and escalation management.
• Proven capacity planning and multi-project delivery.
• Ability to work autonomously in fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own intake, prioritization, resource planning, and delivery across concurrent integrations.
• Serve as primary escalation point for customer integration issues.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership across EDI, APIs, and Azure stacks.
• Collaborate with customers through solution ideation and requirements.
• Lead consultants in Integration Engineer and Integration Analyst roles.
• Establish scalable processes, documentation, and reusable delivery methods.
• Coordinate across Engineering, Operations, Customer Success, and PM teams.
