Job summary

United Launch Alliance in Denver is seeking a Solutions Architect to design and guide enterprise solutions across Windows, Azure, and AWS. You will translate business and technical requirements into secure, scalable architecture for on-premises and cloud environments.

The role requires strong cybersecurity experience, knowledge of NIST standards, and collaboration with IT, DevOps, and engineering teams to ensure secure development and compliant deployments.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a STEM field from an accredited institution.
4+ years in cybersecurity, security engineering, or security architecture.
3+ years designing enterprise, cloud, or engineering system security architecture.
Strong background across identity, networking, cloud platforms and endpoint security.

Responsibilities

Design secure architectures across Azure, AWS, and on-premises environments.
Translate business and technical requirements into secure, scalable architecture.
Communicate cybersecurity and contractual requirements (NIST SP 800-171, DFARS 7012, ISO 27001).
Collaborate with IT, engineering, DevOps, and Legal teams to integrate security early.
Review new systems and cloud services for secure architectural fit.
