Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or CSSLP and 5+ years non-internship software development experience.
• 5+ years of programming with at least one software language.
• 5+ years leading design/architecture of new and existing systems.
• Experience mentoring or leading an engineering team.
• 5+ years SDLC, coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, and operations.
