Vanguard is seeking a Senior Manager to lead a Cloud Security Posture Management team and strengthen our cloud security posture across AWS, Azure, and GCP in a hybrid Malvern environment. You will partner with Platform Engineering, DevSecOps, Security Operations, and Architecture to advance guardrails, automation, and secure development practices.

Competenze

• Experience leading security engineering, cloud security, or cybersecurity teams.
• Experience building and developing high-performing technical teams.
• Hands-on with one or more major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Strong understanding of cloud security principles, risk management, and controls.
• Experience with CSPM, CNAPP, or related cloud security tech.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and secure software development practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and risk assessment skills.
• Ability to influence across multiple technical and business stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing CSPM team.
• Oversee cloud security configuration monitoring and risk reduction across AWS, Azure, and/or GCP.
• Drive adoption and optimization of CSPM and CNAPP capabilities.
• Collaborate with Platform Engineering, DevSecOps, Security Operations, and Architecture teams to improve controls and governance.
• Advance shift-left security by embedding controls into development and deployment workflows.
• Leverage automation and AI-driven capabilities to improve threat detection and remediation.
