Vanguard in Malvern, PA offers a leadership role for a Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM) leader who will guide a high-performing team across AWS, Azure, and GCP. You will partner with Platform Engineering, DevSecOps, and security teams to strengthen our cloud security posture.

You will drive security automation, AI-enabled capabilities, governance controls, and continuous improvement to protect Vanguard's technology platforms and clients, while enabling secure innovation at scale.

Competenze

Minimum 5 years leading security or cloud engineering teams.
Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP and cloud security principles.
Experience with CSPM/CNAPP or related cloud security tech.
Understanding CI/CD and secure software development practices.
Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration.

Mansioni

Lead and grow a CSPM team to strengthen Vanguard's cloud security posture.
Oversee cloud security monitoring and risk reduction across cloud environments.
Drive automation and AI-enabled capabilities for threat detection and remediation.
Collaborate with Platform Engineering, DevSecOps, Security Operations, and Architecture.
Develop and report KPIs to measure program effectiveness.
