Job summary

Wellby is seeking an IT Operations Specialist to support Cloud Systems Administration, IT Security, and Service Desk activities. You will assist with systems administration, IAM, cybersecurity, and end-user support while helping deploy and maintain secure, compliant technology across branches and offices.

Qualifications

• Requires knowledge of Microsoft 365 services and IAM principles.
• Experience with security controls, backups, and patch management.
• Ability to develop basic automation and maintain documentation.

Responsibilities

• Support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams.
• Assist with IAM processes: joiner/mover/leaver, provisioning, deprovisioning.
• Contribute to cybersecurity education and policy enforcement.
• Support patch management and lifecycle monitoring to maintain compliance.
• Create PowerShell scripts to automate routine tasks.
• Assist with system recovery, outages, and business continuity.
