Job summary

WCBinc is seeking a Cloud Engineer to join our team, onsite in Springfield, VA or St. Louis, MO, to support intelligence customer activities.

You will work with a highly functional development team to automate deployments, optimize performance, integrate with enterprise authentication, and improve monitoring and security in an agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Platform as a Service offering using RedHat OpenShift.
• Work with the A&A Team to maintain security requirements for operation of systems.
• Maintain and improve existing infrastructure (build out autoscaling, support new services, optimize for cost efficiencies, authentication, search, etc).
• Produce detailed documentation.
• Maintain systems in the AWS environment using EC2, S3, ELB, and RDS.
• Maintain systems in a VMware vSphere environment, using NSX and NetApp StorageGRID.
• Automate and optimize service deployments.

Full job description: WCBinc is looking for a Cloud Engineer to join our team to support our intelligence customer activities onsite in Springfield, VA, or St. Louis, MO.

The Cloud Engineer will be responsible for working with a highly functional development team to automate service deployments, optimize system performance, integrate with enterprise authentication services, establish and improve system monitoring, maintain security protocols, and provide customers technical support. The Cloud Engineer will be integrated with an agile environment, participating in scrums and other meetings.
